Andre van Zyl, a native of South Africa, has been active in ministry since July 1980. Based in Atlanta, Georgia Andre actively ministers across the United States as the Lord leads him.

As a father of the faith to many, he has traveled to many parts of the world. Andre leads, and is involved with several leadership networks in the United States and abroad. Andre strongly believes in an Alliance of Kingdom Leaders to bring in the End Time Harvest.

Unless it touches the Heart of God, it is not a priority. His heart is people, and our focus must be people. God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to die on the Cross for people. People need the Lord, and the Lord loves people.

As a prophetic voice and an apostolic overseer in many nations and ministries, Andre van Zyl leads with the presence and power of God. Serving others worldwide, Andre is involved with several leadership networks. He is recognized throughout many denominations and communities by the spirit of prophecy that follows his ministry and his distinctive delivery of the Word of God.

Andre’s passion for the heart of God led him to establish Global Prayer Alliance (GPA): An Upper Room Awakening. Through GPA, the spirit of prayer is demonstrated and all who attend glean from apostolic and prophetic insight. The Upper Room fosters a restful, strong, competent atmosphere where pastors and leaders – Messianic, Arab, Middle Eastern, the underground church and many others – can worship and commune together in unity.

Global stirrings provoked a deeper response to the nations. Andre believes each of the 230 nations can be saved. GPA230 is a powerful initiative with the mission: Give us the nations! Church planting in Africa and elsewhere is also driven by his deep love for people and his homeland, South Africa. Stepping into active ministry in July 1980 and then making Atlanta, Georgia his homebase in August 2002, Andre still loves to visit South Africa yearly.
